Team Mngr Privacy Policy

Team Mngr helps sports teams manage schedules, attendance, rosters, reminders, and team communications.

Information We Collect

Team Mngr may store information entered by team organizers or players, including team names, player names, player email addresses, game schedules and locations, attendance responses, team settings, and messages submitted through the contact form.

The app does not currently use camera, photo library, location, push notification, or advertising tracking capabilities.

How We Use Information

We use app data to display team schedules, send game reminders and team updates, track attendance responses, provide calendar feed links, respond to support requests, and operate the service.

Service Providers

Team Mngr uses Supabase for backend database services and edge functions. Email delivery may use an email provider configured by the app operator.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Team information may be visible to people who have access to the relevant team links or admin tools.

Data Retention

Team and player information is retained while needed to operate the team workspace, provide app functionality, comply with legal obligations, or resolve support requests.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information, contact support@teammngr.com.

Children's Privacy

Team organizers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission before entering information about players, including minors.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect app data. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
